Physiotherapy

What We Do:

Physiotherapists look after the whole body from head to toe. They help to restore movement and function when your child is affected by illness or disability. This includes working with joints, muscles, sensation and balance to reduce pain, improve strength, range of movement, coordination and balance.

What We Treat:

Our physiotherapists specialise in the treatment and management of conditions affecting joints and soft tissues, including sports injuries, talipes equinovarus, hypermobility, torticollis, scoliosis and postural problems. They also play a role in supporting and improving respiratory function (asthma, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis and other respiratory conditions) and the management of acquired and developmental neurological conditions including neuropathies, dystrophies, traumatic brain injury and developmental delay.

We have therapists skilled in Ponseti casting for Talipes Equinovarus and we are able to provide hydrotherapy to compliment our treatment programmes.

For further information or to book an appointment with the physiotherapy team please call 020 7390 6553.
