Physiotherapy

Making an Appointment

To make an appointment with a paediatric physiotherapist or for further information contact the Physiotherapy department on 020 7390 6553 or by email physiotherapy@portland.hcahealthcare.co.uk

The treatments take place:

  • Inpatients: Treatments are provided on the paediatric units situated on the 2nd, 5th, and 6th floors of The Portland Hospital
  • Outpatients: Children are seen in one of our comfortable treatment rooms in the Physiotherapy Department which is situated on the 5th floor of 234 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QT.
  • Hydrotherapy (rehabilitation and exercise in a warm water pool): We have daily access to a hydrotherapy pool for treatment sessions nearby to the hospital premises.
  • Home/School Visits: should a one-off home or school visit be required, these sessions can be arranged in discussion with the therapist once treatment has begun.
