Patient feedback from January to December 2015
We are proud of our patient care and work hard to make each patient’s time with us as pleasant as possible. Our patient survey is an important indicator of how well we achieve this and we monitor the results very closely.
We have a patient experience committee which responds to patient feedback and develops and implements action plans to improve the patient experience.
From January 1 to December 31 2015 The Portland Hospital received 1,105 completed patient feedback questionnaires.
We are pleased to report that 99.4% of patients responding rated their Overall Quality of Care as excellent, very good or good.
