Pregnancy Support Classes

Postnatal Care

To support the transition into parenthood, we offer a range of services for both mother and baby. Services are available to all new mothers, not just those who delivered at The Portland Hospital. Further information is available from the Physiotherapy department on 020 7390 6553.

6 Week Check-Up

Every woman who delivers her baby at The Portland Hospital is invited to receive a complimentary assessment of their abdominal muscles with a specialist obstetric physiotherapist following childbirth.
